Andrew Romero is a storyteller who has been at the forefront of sports documentary filmmaking for over a decade. His work has garnered both critical acclaim and industry recognition, including four Emmy Awards. He has worked for virtually every major network, including NBC, ABC, HBO, ESPN, Showtime, CBS, and FOX. For Andrew, filmmaking continues to expand the world around him, from the sports roots, to stories about social activism or everyday heroes, he remains committed to crafting powerful narratives at every turn.

Andrew’s love of filmmaking began during childhood, when he devoted nearly every moment of his free time to both watching films and creating his own. He went on to cultivate his craft at The School of Visual Arts in New York City, and since graduating in 2004, has emerged as one of the most sought-after producer/editors in sports television.
